Single Vineyards - Blewitt Springs, sand over clay. Hand pruned, hand-picked, separate small batch ferment.15 days on skins, pressed directly to French and American barrels and hogsheads. 12 months barrel maturation prior to blending and bottling.

TASTING NOTES

Ripe dark plums and red cherries with hints of dried herbs, cinnamon and white pepper spices. Medium bodied wine with soft tannins and a fruity drive on the palate.
