Single Vineyards - Blewitt Springs, sand over clay. Hand pruned, hand-picked. Shiraz crushed, Grenache whole bunch.12 days on skins, pressed directly to French and American barrels and hogsheads. 12 months barrel maturation prior to blending and bottling.

TASTING NOTES

Dark cherry, mulberries and spices on the nose. A rich, juicy palate of dark cherry, wild berries and fine savoury tannins.
