VINTAGE CONDITIONS

A mild spring with cool nights leading to a mild summer, has produced a wine with balanced fruit flavours. Harvested in early February, when the baume was 11.9, fermented in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES

Nericon Sauvignon Blanc is a succulent wine with lively passionfruit aroma’s. It combines layers of gooseberry and citrus to create a wonderful complex wine. Finishing with a zesty freshness.
