An exceptional release of Sparkling Shiraz from our Great Western Vineyards.

The base wine is left on yeast lees in bottle for 24 months or more and disgorged in the traditional method.

A creamy mousse with lingering acidity to keep this wine tasting fresh for any occasion. Savour intense plum and blue fruits, coupled with black pepper spice and aniseed.

WHAT THE WINE CRITICS HAD TO SAY:

'Deep colour with a trace of purple in the meniscus, the bouquet sweetly spicy and blackberry scented, with a lift of pepper-spice and fresh herbs.

In the mouth it's full and rich, again discreetly spicy, with a modest level of sweetness which leaves the mouth refreshed.

'When sparkling reds are done well, they’re superb drinking.  There was a sense of lightness and brightness about this wine that grabbed me from the start.

Dark chocolate, plums, blueberries, a squeeze of cherry and crushed herbs … it’s celebratory all right.  And at this price, good value. This will cellar for years to come.'
