A mild spring and good growth of the canopy protected the fruit from the hot summer this season, producing rich ripe fruit this vintage. Harvested in early February, when the baume was 12.8, fermented in stainless steel tanks and left to mature on French Oak.
Nericon Pinot Noir has a distinctly elegant balance of red berry and cherry flavours that linger on the palate. This Pinot Noir has fresh acidity which is complemented by fine tannins. Perfect to serve with Pork Ragu and Mussels in Tomato and Chilli.
