Single Vineyard - Blewitt Springs, sand over clay. Hand pruned, hand-picked, small batch ferment. 15 days on skins, pressed directly to French and American barrels and hogshead. 12 months barrel maturation.

TASTING NOTES

Vibrant aromas of mixed red and dark berries, plums, aniseed, and hints of cloves. Medium weight palate with fresh berry fruit, spices and dark chocolate notes on the finish. Soft, 

savoury tannins and a subtle earthiness.
