VINTAGE CONDITIONS

Vintage 2019 was warm and dry leading to lower than normal yields. This resulted in wines that are rich and concentrated. Fruit ripeness and flavour reach optimum at 14.0 Baume.

TASTING NOTES

Nericon Shiraz is a decadent blend of concentrated dark fruit flavours mellowed with dark chocolate and coee overtones. Notes of liquorice surprise the nose with final hints of pepper and mint, adding a complexity to its rich full-bodied finish. Serve with Beef Wellington, Lamb Rogan Josh and dark chocolate.
